304H Stainless Steel Pipes & Tube

304H stainless steel tube have a bushed and polished surface. The tube is polished with an abrasive belt to achieve the “scratched grain” finish. It has a visually appealing surface and has good corrosion resistant properties which make it well suited for many sanitary environments. The pipe is also easily maintained, thanks to it’s polished finish.

This type of pipe is the best option when a more attractive finish is desired.

 

304H Stainless Steel Grade Pipe

This pipe belongs to the 300 series of pipes, specifically grade 304H. Grade 304H, has a higher carbon content and has some application at elevated temperatures, as does stabilised grade 304Ti. Which is  Nitrogen-strengthened version.

Application

This is a type of pipe that has a wide range of areas of application, especially in areas where attractiveness as well as functionality is being considered. It can be used in the following sectors:

• Boat rails and ladders. More than just functionality on the boat, the attractiveness of the polish makes it pleasing to the eye.
• Sanitary environments. They are used in making of washroom grab bars and swimming pool rails.
• Medical equipment
• Restaurant equipment. This may include linings of ovens, refrigerators, and many other applications especially in the kitchens of restaurants.
• Exercise equipment. Many of the equipment used for exercises in the gym are made of this grade of steel bars.
